What kind of story this is
EDHUTO: The Lost World is a grand adventure through a medieval fantasy world with carefully crafted lore and many interesting characters inhabiting it. The mysterious land of Sylxzet is being threatened by an ancient evil named Ghrun. When the protagonist Lycars stumbles upon this world, he is told to be the long-awaited Chosen One, destined to defeat him! Not believing in that sort of nonsense, he is quick to brush the idea aside. However, Lycars cannot ignore those that need aid, and so he decides to help, chosen or not.
On this long journey Lycars will meet many strange individuals. Some shall become his most trusted friends, while others will be deathly enemies hunting him down. Sylxzet is a large kingdom with many unique locations and regions, all home to different cultures and creatures. Look in awe at the might of Celestial Mountain, visit the royal capital Sylorn or discover the secrets of the lonely Ghrundall. Every place and person has a story to tell, will Lycars hear them out?
The people think Lycars is the Chosen One; what does that even mean? Who is Ghrun and why does he wish to destroy Sylxzet? Can Lycars discover the truth about himself and this strange new world?
The free chapter “Dark Times” serves as a prologue. It describes the last battle of the Dark War, where 24 years ago Ghrun was sealed with costly sacrifice. Witness the bravery of many men who fought for their world against the overwhelming force of Ghrun, and understand why he should never return.
